Deimos is not a new character to Rainbow Six Siege and the devs have been working on this operator for over a year. The operator is inspired by Bass Reeves, who has a villainous storyline.
The new operator has a new mini-helicopter type flyer, which acts as a link between the operator and his gadget. Deimos is useful for hunting down gadgets. He also has Deathmark trackers who will seek out their targets, no matter where they are on the map. The machines will relay this information to Deimos, and only Deimos. This means that his teammates won't get the same information, unless ofcourse, the Deimos player informs them
Deimos needs to identify a target to use Deathmark. Deimos can cycle through targets using alternate ability mode input. Deimos can also cancel the gadget again. He can control the flow of the battle and this makes him one of the deadliest operators in the game.
