Pokémon GO Plus is a small gadget that connects to your iPhone or Android smartphone. It is shaped like a map icon with a single button in the middle. The gadget makes life easier for all the Pokémon hunters, it notifies you every time a Pokémon is nearby and assists you in capturing the Pokémon.


Here's what you need to know about Pokémon Go Plus, how to connect it to your phone, and most importantly, how to catch wild Pokémons with just one click.

How to connect your Pokémon GO Plus to your phone

Your Pokémon GO Plus will connect to your phone via Bluetooth. Ensure your smartphone's Bluetooth is switched on before pairing the devices. Now, you can follow the following steps to connect your Pokémon GO Plus to your phone:

  1. Open the Pokémon GO application and tap on settings.
  2. Tap on the Pokémon GO Plus tab.
  3. Press the button in the middle of your Pokémon GO Plus.
  4. Your Pokémon GO Plus will appear on the list of available devices. Tap on the list.
  5. Tap on "Pair" to start pairing your device to the gadget.

How to catch Pokémon using Pokémon GO Plus

Once your phone is connected to the gadget, the magic begins! When a Pokémon is nearby, your gadget will vibrate while flashing a green light.

Now, how to catch the Pokémon? It's simple! All you have to do is press the gadget's single button. The gadget will be flashing white while it is attempting to catch the Pokémon.

With this gadget, catching a Pokémon will use a Poké Ball from your inventory. Great Balls and Ultra Balls will not be used during the process. If you don't have any Poké Ball left, the light will flash red.

If you manage to capture it, you will get a notification on your phone saying "You caught a Pokémon!". Your Pokémon Go Plus will also vibrate and light up with multiple colors. If you fail to catch it, your gadget will flash red and you will receive a notification on your phone saying "The Pokémon fled!".


How to get items from PokéStops using Pokémon GO Plus

PokéStop is a real-world landmark that can be accessed on Map View in the application. From the landmarks, you can receive items such as Poké Balls, Berries, Potions, and Pokémon Eggs. You can also use Pokémon Go Plus to pick up items from the PokéStops.

You will know when you get close to a PokéShop when your gadget vibrates and starts flashing blue lights. When you press the button on your gadget, it will acquire the items in your inventory. Once you receive the item, your gadget will vibrate and flash multiple colors.
