Timeless Travels is almost upon us.

The next season of Pokémon GO, Timeless Travels is almost here. As per usual, a new season of Pokémon GO brings refreshed spawns, eggs, field research and more.

Here is everything we know about Pokémon GO Timeless Travels:

When is the next Pokémon Go season?

Pokémon GO Timeless Travels will run from December 1st 2023, to March 1st 2024 starting and ending at 10am local time.

The following season long bonuses will be in effect:

  • Trainers level 31 and above will receive one guaranteed Candy XL when trading Pokémon.
  • One additional Candy when trading Pokémon.
  • Trainers level 31 and above will have a higher chance to receive Rare Candy XL from in-person five-star raids.
  • Increased XP for a seven-day PokéStop spin streak.
  • Increased Stardust for a seven-day Pokémon catch streak.
  • Increased XP for a seven-day Pokémon catch streak.

The return of guaranteed XL candy from trades makes Timeless Travels a great opportunity for you and your friends to gather extra XL candy across the season.

New Pokémon GO season will bring Hisui Pokémon

The new Pokémon GO season will bring more Pokémon that were first discovered in the Hisui region. The first of which will be Hisuian Samurott that will feature in a raid day on December 3rd.

Expect to see more pokemon from the Hisui region throughout the Timeless travels season.

Shadow Zapdos

Replacing the regular weekend spawns of Shadow Articuno will be Shadow Zapdos raids. Shiny Shadow Zapdos will be available. Like last season, these five star shadow raids will be in person only and will run on Saturdays and Sundays. One and three star shadow raids will be available daily.

Other information

Niantic have also confirmed some other information about Pokémon GO Timeless Travels. We're told to expect a GO Tour event this season. Rumours suggest we will be getting a Sinnoh Tour. Could the name of the season be a hint toward Dialga and Palkia...?

There will be community days on December 16-17, January 6, January 24 and February 4.
