Pokémon Go Community Day is a monthly event that see's a specific Pokémon spawn in great quantity for three hours. The next Community Day will feature Timburr.
Sometimes, Pokémon spawn with an exclusive Community Day move. They also have boosted shiny rates, making Pokémon Go Community Day's a great way to get shiny Pokémon.
What is Pokémon Go Community Day?
Community Day occurs once a month on either Saturday or Sunday between 2-5pm local time. As well as hugely increased spawns of the featured Pokémon there are also special bonuses.
This can include increased XP, increased Stardust or increased catch candy. Sometimes, you get multiple of these at the same time.
There is always extended Lure Module and Incense duration as well as a purchasable event pass that grants you extra spawns and items for $1.
Often these events are a great way to meet new players and get out in your local area.

Timburr: October 15th
The next Pokémon Go Community Day will feature Timburr.
The following Bonuses will be in effect:
- Increased Spawns of Timburr with a boosted shiny rate.
- 3x Catch Stardust
- 3-hour Incenses
- 3-hour Lures
- 2x Catch Candy
- 2x Chance to receive Candy XL from catching Pokémon
- Themed Field Research
- One additional Special Trade
- Trades made cost 50% less Stardust
- Timburr Evolved into Conkeldurr during the event or for 5 hours afterwards will get a Conkeldurr that knows the the Charged Attack Brutal Swing.
After the 3 hours of Community Day end Gurdurr will appear in 4 star raids. Once you successfully complete a four-star Raid Battle against Gurdurr, Timburr will begin to appear in a 300-meter radius around the Gym that hosted the raid for 30 minutes. These Timburr will have the same shiny rate as the Community Day.
