Pokémon TCG’s newest expansion, Journey Together, has already sold out with pre-orders. So, when will Pokémon Centers be releasing it?

Fans of Pokémon TCG should be hyped to know that a brand-new expansion is set to release fairly soon: Scarlet & Violet — Journey Together. However, the upcoming expansion sold out all of its pre-orders, meaning it may be difficult to grab at Pokémon Centers upon release.

The official Pokémon Center release date for the newest Pokémon TCG expansion: Scarlet & Violet — Journey Together, is March 28, 2025.

The series' pre-orders sold out earlier yesterday on Feb. 12, with many pre-release events set to take place between March 15 and March 23.

The series marks the ninth expansion within the Scarlet & Violet set, bringing back new Trainer cards for the first time in years.

While the new expansion is already extremely popular, many are looking forward to getting one of its Elite Trainer Boxes (ETB).

Potential ETB Pokémon Center restock

There is a high potential for Pokémon Centers, which can be found in various grocery stores and more, to restock the expansion upon release at the end of March. Many trainers are hoping for ETBs to be available on March 28, as these are the most sought-after items within the expansion.
