Experience a new perspective of the Pokémon world as Haru and Psyduck continue to meet more guests at the Pokémon Resort!
The popular stop-motion animation series, Pokémon Concierge, is about to get more episodes on Netflix in September 2025, as announced during the Pokémon Presents livestream.
After more than a year of hiatus, the creators of Pokémon Concierge are once again working for the release of additional episodes to resume the story of Haru, a girl who works as a caretaker for the Pokémon Resort, a tropical place where people and Pokémon can relax and interact with each other.

A slice-of-life series that highlights the peaceful side of the Pokémon world
The story of Pokémon Concierge introduced a unique aspect of Pokémon life to its viewers and was highly praised for its soothing visuals and heartwarming plot, which deviates from the usual competitive and intense narrative of the main Pokémon anime series.

Because of the challenging aspect of stop-motion animation, Pokémon Concierge currently only has four episodes, and fans are already asking for more since its release in December 2023. Fortunately, The Pokémon Company didn’t waste any time to reveal the exciting news about the additional Pokémon Concierge episodes, as it became the first announcement at the Pokémon Presents livestream.
And apparently, it’s not the only news that people should be excited about.
