Mega Audino finally debuting in Pokémon GO Raid Day

Get ready for Mega Audino to finally come to Pokémon GO.

It's been a long time coming but Mega Audino is finally coming to Pokémon GO in a special Raid Day. This will be a really exciting Mega Pokémon debut, giving us a new and unique typing to develop to Mega Level 3 for those all important candy bonuses.

In addition, Audino is a Stardust boosted Pokémon. That means for every Audino you catch after a Raid, you'll get a huge amount of Stardust which makes this Raid Day even more worthwhile.

So, here's all the event details you need to know.

Mewga Audino Pokémon GO Raid Day

Mega Audino Pokémon GO Raid Day takes place on Saturday, April 5, 2025, from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. local time.

During the event times, Mega Audino will be spawning across all gyms and refreshing every 30 minutes. This Pokémon can be shiny. In addition, from the start of this event and then continuing afterwards Audino will be able to learn the Charged Attack Moonblast.

Event bonuses

The following bonuses will be active during the event times:

  • Remote Raid Pass limit increased to 20 from Friday, April 4, at 5:00 p.m. to Saturday, April 5 2025, at 8:00 p.m. PDT.
  • Receive up to five additional free Raid Passes from spinning Gym Photo Discs (for a total of six).
  • Increased chance of encountering Shiny Audino from Mega Raids.

There will also be a free Timed Research avaliable during the event, which will grant even more bonuses, including:

  • 10,000 Stardust
  • 1,000 additional Stardust for completing a Raid Battle for a total of 2,000 Stardust (3,000 Stardust with the event ticket)

Event ticket

There will also be the usual event ticket for this Raid Day. This is priced at $5 and grants the following additional bonuses:

  • Eight additional Raid Passes from spinning Gym Photo Discs (for a daily total of 14)
  • Increased chance to get Rare Candy XL from Raid Battles
  • 50% more XP from Raid Battles
  • 2× Stardust from Raid Battles

These bonuses will be effective on Saturday, April 5, 2025, from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. local time.
