Top 5 Overwatch 2 skins we need in 2024

After launching in October 2022, Overwatch 2 has since revealed a lot of new skins that players can add to their collection. From the seasonal mythic skins to the beloved event skins, there's no shortage of interesting cosmetics in the game. Of course, that hasn't stopped Overwatch 2 players from creating their own skins and wish lists. Here's our list of five Overwatch 2 skins that we'd like to see in 2024!

When the concept art for the Cozy Genji skin got revealed by Reddit user Transflection, the Overwatch 2 fandom went wild with the fanart. In the Cozy Genji concept art and tnd4015's fanart, the character sports a brown beanie, jacket, and a tan scarf with an image of a sparrow on it. This is a reference to Genji being nicknamed Sparrow by his father back in the day. Hanzo refers to him as that, too. In the Dragons cinematic, Hanzo kneels in front of an altar and places a sparrow's feather there in honor of Genji.

Move aside, Cupid Hanzo! There are two new skins in town. Created by artist Nuggies in response to a question, these two cat boy skins are both adorable and unique. This fan concept features kitty claws for Genji's shrunken and even pink cats in place of Hanzo and Genji's dragons. Of course, all of the pink materials, frills, bowties, and the Shimada brothers' tails only add to the cuteness of this concept.

Zenyatta players already have a bunch of cool skins like the Rubber Duckie and Takoyaki ones. But just like his lore, we want more! Posted on Reddit by reticenthuman and drawn by artist GraceZhu on DeviantArt, Talon Zenyatta has skulls circling around him instead of his usual Discord Orbs. He's also decked out in the colors silver, red, and purple, giving him a more menacing look.

If you're a fan of Overwatch 2, VALORANT, and evil women, then this Viper Moira skin is made for you. Dressed in Viper's colors, this gorgeous skin is drawn by Nirvan0211 and commissioned by ShopLumityOW. While Viper won't hesitate in calling herself a monster, Moira has a similar vibe with her scientific experiments. They're not afraid to push their limits and give players a taste of poison.
