Volted Overdrive Soldier: 76 is the mythic hero skin for Overwatch Season 2 in 2026. This skin features the DPS hero decked out in sleek, cybernetic gear right from the start. You can also upgrade his look and unlock more electrifying effects through subsequent customization levels.
At Level 1, you can unlock an ability visual effect (VFX) that gives your kit a biotech-inspired look. Level 2 then adds two new hairstyles. At Level 3, he gains red and black plus white and blue colorways, which are perfect for fans of either the Talon or Overwatch factions. Finally, at Level 4, Volted Overdrive Soldier: 76 gets an ambient VFX toggle with sparks.

Past mythic hero skins in Overwatch required 80 Mythic Prisms to get all of their customizations. Therefore, the Volted Overdrive Soldier: 76 will likely require 80 Mythic Prisms as well. His base mythic skin will likely cost 50 Mythic Prisms while his subsequent customization levels will likely require 10 Mythic Prisms each.
In Overwatch, Mythic Prisms refer to an in-game currency that you can either purchase via the in-game shop or earn via the paid seasonal Battle Pass. Either way, it requires real money to unlock this currency. You can earn 80 Mythic Prisms per season by grinding the paid Battle Pass. At the minimum, a paid Battle Pass requires 1,000 Overwatch Coins or about $9.99 USD.
