The Overwatch Anran playtest duration is Feb. 5 to Feb. 10. This means players have five days to try out her abilities, ultimate, and perks before she joins the game permanently.
Overwatch Anran release date
Anran enters Overwatch on Feb. 10, which is the same day that her trial ends. Feb. 10 is also the start of 2026's Overwatch Season 1. It's called Season 1 now because Blizzard Entertainment dropped the "2" from the "Overwatch 2" title.
Overwatch Anran abilities
Anran's primary fire is Zhuque Fans while Fan the Flames is her secondary fire. Meanwhile, Inferno Rush and Dancing Blaze are her abilities. Vermillion Ascent and Vermillion Revival her ultimates, and it's notable that she has two of them. As for her passive, Anran applies burn through Ignition with her fire attacks. She also has the Subrole: Flanker passive, which makes health packs restore more health.

Overwatch Anran perks
In terms of Anran's minor and major perks, they include Smoulder, Heat Shield, and Short Fuse. She has one more major perk, but that's obscured in the provided image of her kit.

Who is Anran in Overwatch?
In Overwatch, Anran Wuyang's older sister. Wuyang attends Wuxing University's Water College while Anran is a top student of the Fire College who continues the family tradition of studying there.
During Null Sector's attack on the school, Anran and Wuyang argued and split up. However, when Wuyang heard that his sister needed help, he arrived at the scene. They fought side by side to best their enemies. Later, they reunited with their parents.
