The Overwatch 2 x WoW collaboration launches on Sept. 17, and based on our own experience with Overwatch 2 updates, it’s likely to go live alongside the weekly shop reset.

The release time is likely Sept. 17 at 11 a.m. PT. This is the same as Sept. 17 at 2 p.m. ET. Including these noes, here are some more release times for the Overwatch 2 WoW crossover.

Overwatch 2 x World of Warcraft explained

As noted, the collaboration celebrates 20 years of WoW. It includes skins representing Sylvanas Windrunner, the Lich King, Thrall, and Magni Bronzebeard. Both Reinhardt's Lich King skin and Widowmaker's Sylvanas skin were teased and revealed last month, respectively.

In the Season 12 launch trailer, Reinhardt put down Frostmourne on the Antarctic Peninsula map. Meanwhile, the official Overwatch 2 account on X gave players a first look at the artwork for the Widowmaker Sylvanas skin.
