Some Overwatch 2 players are reporting that the Ultimate Battle Pass Bundle skins cannot be bought individually through the in-game Hero Gallery.
According to players on Reddit and the Blizzard Forums, the Overwatch 2 Season 11 Ultimate Battle Pass Bundle skins are currently unavailable for purchase separately for Overwatch Coins. It is unclear if this is a bug or an update.
Overwatch 2 Ultimate Battle Pass Bundle skins not available individually
At the time of writing this on June 25, 2024, the skins from the Overwatch Season 11 Ultimate Battle Pass Bundle cannot be purchased on their own. Reports about this were first documented on June 20, 2024 when Overwatch 2 Season 11 launched.
"I went to the Hero Gallery to see if the Kaiju Roadhog and Kaiju Zenyatta skins were up to purchase individually, but they’re not available with coins," wrote FlareToga in the Blizzard Forums. "Was this change reverted?"
A post on the Overwatch 2 subreddit noted the change, too. "This season the ultimate BP bundles are again only available in the bundle. I'm willing to believe this is just a mistake on Blizzards end but if its intended its a shame and a real step in the wrong direction especially with 90% of this seasons skins being recolors," 0zzy82 wrote.
KangoKyobi noted this on X as well. The second part of the post included screenshots featuring the Kaiju Zenyatta and Kaiji Roadhog skins.

For context, prior to the start of Overwatch 2 Season 8, players had to buy the entire seasonal Ultimate Battle Pass Bundle if they wished to obtain certain skins. Back in Overwatch 2 Season 7, for example, the coveted Lilith Moira skin required getting the whole bundle for $39.99 USD.
Overwatch 2 game director Aaron Keller acknowledged the community feedback in a post on October 19, 2023, stating that "We do sell an Ultimate Battle Pass bundle every season with legendary skins in it and will continue to do so." Later, on December 4, 2023, an official Blizzard post stated that players could buy the skins individually.
“Also, we’ve heard your feedback about wanting to just purchase just the skins in our Ultimate Battle Pass and Starter Pack bundles, especially when the skin is for one of your favorite heroes, so we’re making those skins available for purchase separately for Overwatch Coins in the Hero Gallery," according to the post.
