Overwatch 2 Story Mission Gothenburg walkthrough

Get your turrets ready! It's time to visit Gothenburg and take down Null Sector. Read on for the full Overwatch 2 Story Mission Gothenburg walkthrough and guide.

Once you enter the Overwatch 2 Gothenburg Ironclad Story Mission, select your hero and begin escorting the train of magma cores outside. Be prepared to face Null Sector's forces once you leave the starting area.

Next, fight through the city while placing turrets as Torbjorn, tanking as Reinhardt, attacking as Bastion, or healing as Brigitte.

After reaching the first checkpoint, deploy the first magma core. Do this by going near it and pressing "F" on your keyboard. This activates a giant turret that attacks Null Sector's command ship.

Continue fighting your way through the city while escorting the magma cores to the next destination. Once you're there, walk up to the magma core and press "F" again to deploy it. The giant turret then activates and attacks the enemy's ship.

Watch the short cutscene involving the Titan warbot. Make sure to dodge its incoming attacks while you're escorting the final magma core! Move away from the red circles on the ground to do this.

If a teammate gets eliminated by Null Sector's forces, then revive them. To do this, stand beside them and hold the "F" key.

After you escort the final magma core and activate the giant turret, the Titan destroys it. Head back to the starting area as quickly as possible. Remember to dodge the incoming attacks by avoiding the red circles.

Once you're in the workshop, repair the freeze turrets using Torbjorn's Forge Hammer. Press "F" to pick up the turrets and move them to the suggested locations indicated by the blue holograms. Note that everyone can pick up these turrets, but only Torbjorn can repair them.

Next, defend the mega cannon against Null Sector's attack. After this wave, quickly pick up the knockback turrets and place them near the magma pool. You can also make use of the exploding canisters to take out some warbots.

Fight through more waves of enemies while defending the mega cannon. Again, you can move the special turrets around to cover more ground. Don't let the Slicers take down the objective.

After the final wave, fire the mega cannon and watch the short cutscene of it destroying the Titan. This completes the Overwatch 2 Gothenburg Story Mission.

At the end of this PvE Story Mission, Reinhardt invites Torbjorn to join the Overwatch team. However, Torbjorn declines to protect his home and the rest of his family. Brigitte and Bastion join up with Reinhardt, representing a new generation of heroes.

Meanwhile, Zenyatta is meditating and recalls his time with Mondatta and Ramattra. However, Sombra and Windowmaker interrupt him.
