Ramattra's ultimate and competitive changes
First made available in Season 2, Ramattra is a tempo tank who switches between his Omnic and Nemesis forms. In a Season 2 retrospective, Blizzard noted that his Annihilation ultimate can lead to unwanted gameplay scenarios.
"We want Ramattra to feel imposing and intimidating but not feel hopeless to fight against," according to the announcement.
So in Overwatch 2 Season 3, the timer on Ramattra's Annihilate will be changed up. It will tick down slower if foes are in it and add a cap of 20 seconds.
There will also be matchmaking improvements and competitive updates.
