What to expect in the mid-season update
In terms of what to expect in the Overwatch 2 Season 11 mid-season update, players have the new Transformers collaboration to check out alongside the Summer Games 2024 event.
The Overwatch 2 x Transformers collaboration, in particular, was first teased near the start of the season. The skins for it were later revealed to be Megatron Ramattra, Optimus Prime Reinhardt, Bumblebee Bastion, and Arcee Illari!

- Log in to your Battle.net account
- Press the Overwatch 2 logo
- Click on the gear icon located next to the "Play" button
- Select the "Check for Updates" option
- Pre-download the mid-season patch
To pre-download the mid-season patch, launch Battle.net and log in to your account. Next, press the Overwatch 2 logo on the launcher and click on the gear icon located next to the "Play" button. Then, select the "Check for Updates" option to begin the pre-download process.
