This is because the cost of a mythic skin and all of its customizations is 80 Mythic Prisms. Each season's Premium Battle Pass lets you earn this exact amount of this in-game currency.
Alternatively, you can buy Mythic Prisms by clicking the orange "+" button near the top-right of Overwatch 2's shop.
