The in-game parade and Pride Month celebrations are now available to more players.
Overwatch 2's Pride Month cosmetics and the Midtown map update are now available for players in Poland and Romania! Read on for details.
Overwatch 2 Pride Month update
The Overwatch 2 Pride Month festivities began on June 1 for many players. They got to show their pride with a bunch of new cosmetics. They also had the opportunity play in the updated Midtown map, which featured decorations celebrating LGBTQ+ community. Some parts of the world weren't able to join the fun until now.
Over on Twitter, game director Aaron Keller confirmed that players in Poland and Romania can enjoy these Pride Month cosmetics and the Midtown map update.
"We are excited to expand all of the new Pride cosmetics and Midtown update to players in Poland & Romania," Keller wrote. "Thank you to those players for their patience and feedback. We’ll continue working to expand representation both in and out of OW2!"

Midtown map celebrates Pride Month in Overwatch 2
Accessing the Midtown map is easy. After launching Overwatch 2, press the "Play" button in the main menu, select "Arcade," and choose the five-versus-five game mode. There are no required roles for the Midtown Pride Month map.
There are different ways to achieve victory in Midtown. On one side, your team must defend a point and stop the payload if the enemy team captures the point. As for the other side, you team must capture the point and push the payload.
Decorations that celebrate the LGBTQ+ community can be spotted all over Midtown. Notably, the police cars are absent. This is a subtle yet meaningful nod to queer history.
