Battle for Olympus is back! This time, instead of only free-for-all deathmatches, players can group up with teammates. Here's everything to know about the Overwatch 2 Battle for Olympus game modes, including how they work, the schedule, and all of the skins.
How to play Battle for Olympus in Overwatch 2
Between May 23 through May 30, players can hop into two different game modes. These include the Team Battle of Olympus one plus the Battle for Olympus Free-for-all mode. Press "Play" in the main menu, select "Arcade," and choose one of these options to enter the fray.
Here are the rules:
- Team Battle of Olympus: Eight players, four-versus-four gameplay, allows locked heroes, first team to get 25 kills wins.
- Battle for Olympus Free-for-all: Eight players, free-for-all gameplay, allows locked heroes, first player to get 20 kills win.

In the Team Battle of Olympus game mode, players can choose from the following list of seven heroes. Duplicate heroes are allowed in the Battle for Olympus Free-for-all version.

Overwatch 2 Battle for Olympus skins
Battle for Olympus features seven heroes with skins inspired by Greek Mythology. The Overwatch 2 heroes include Ramattra, Reinhardt, Junker Queen, Roadhog, Pharah, Widowmaker, and Lucio. While Widowmaker represents Medusa, Ramattra channels Poseidon.
