Overwatch 2 PvE Invasion Story Missions

For fans of lore and hero interactions, there will be past allies and new faces who will work together in the fight against Null Sector, according to Overwatch 2 art director Dion Rogers. Taking place shortly after Winston's recall of Overwatch agents, these PvE missions will move the story forward.

“Lucio hasn’t met Reinhardt yet,” Rogers said during a livestream. “So you’re going to learn exactly how these characters meet each other, what they’ve been up to before this invasion happened.”

The fight against Null Sector will begin on Aug. 10. Access to these Story Missions requires the Overwatch 2: Invasion Bundle, according to Blizzard. Players will have the option to get the Overwatch 2: Ultimate Invasion Bundle as well, which includes everything in the base bundle plus Battle Pass tier skips, additional Overwatch Coins, and legendary skins.
