Email exchanges between Moira O’Deorain and Anya Al-Shahrani may be hinting at Overwatch 2’s next hero.
Overwatch 2 has released some new content featuring Moira that might be teasing the arrival of the game's next tank hero. The content, which is a field report titled "Field Report: Native Vanadium Cache," features email exchanges between support hero Moira and Oasis scientist Anya Al-Shahrani.

The Native Vanadium Cache revealed that a vein of indestructible vanadium isotope was discovered at a Wayfinder Society dig site in Petra. While the folks in Wayfinder Society simply wanted to recover the artifact, the Ministries of Oasis had a different idea. The latter party worked with Dr. Hamid Faisal to transfer the material to Oasis for research purposes. The report also revealed that the Ministry of Genetics will temporarily house the material.

The first email from Anya Al-Shahrani to Moira acknowledged the Ministry of Genetics for its work on the vanadium isotope, However, it also stressed the need to transfer the artifact to the Ministry of Geology without further delay.
"We are now months behind schedule, and I can no longer condone further experimentation by the Ministry of Genetics. Though your suggestions for alternate uses of this material are well received, this is a matter for the Ministry of Geology."
Despite the urgency, Moira dismissed it since her research had advanced greatly. Moira then forwarded her analysis of the isotope. Anya Al-Shahrani still wanted to analyze the imaging and asked Moira to think about others in Oasis and the world.

However, Moira informed Anya Al-Shahrani that the vanadium isotope had found a home with the Ministry of Genetics. She also noted the creation of a prototype for military use. Moira then possibly hinted at the upcoming Overwatch 2 tank hero, telling Anya Al-Shahrani that the isotope is “a source of ammunition and its ability to enhance human strength has proven unmatched."
This new Overwatch 2 tank hero might be Phreak due to the line above about enhanced and unmatched human strength. The game itself has been teasing the arrival of a new hero in the form of graffiti in certain spawn rooms as well.
