After teasing the return of the Pink Mercy skin on social media, Blizzard has announced its official return! Read on for the instructions on how to unlock the Pink Mercy skin in Overwatch 2!
How to unlock the Pink Mercy skin in Overwatch 2
Starting on June 25, 2024, players can obtain the Overwatch 2 Pink Mercy skin for $14.99 USD. Simply launch Overwatch 2 and visit the in-game shop to do this. Other options include visiting the Battle.net Shop, Microsoft Store, PlayStation Store, Nintendo E-Shop, and the Steam Marketplace.
According to Blizzard, 100% of the purchase price gets donated to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation (BCRF). When the Pink Mercy was first released back in 2018, it helped raise $12.7 million USD to support the BCRF.
"Specifically, the 2018 donation helped fund researchers who advanced promising AI tools in mammogram imaging, devised models to better predict how aggressive breast cancers will respond to treatment, identify drugs that could potentially delay tumor formation, and more," Blizzard stated. To learn more about the BCRF and get, visit the organization's official website.
