How to get the Good Fortune Kkachi Echo Lunar New Year skin

To obtain the free Good Fortune Kkachi Echo skin in Overwatch 2, players must log in between Jan. 17 and 31 and complete four Lunar New Year challenges. These challenges also grant players with a bunch of in-game loot. Items include Battle Pass XP alongside a name card, the Year of the Rabbit spray, Hongbao souvenir, and Lucky Pouch weapon charm.

  • Good Fortune Kkachi: Complete 4 challenges in Lunar New Year.
  • Lucky Pouch: Complete 2 challenges in Lunar New Year.
  • Mark of the Rabbit: Win 10 games in Bounty Hunter.
  • Sixth Time's the Charm: Eliminate the bounty target 6 times.
  • Catch the Rabbit: Capture the flag in CTF or CTF Blitz.
  • Lucky Rabbit: Win 6 games in CTF or Competitive CTF.
  • Auspicious Victories: Win 8 games in CTF Blitz.

Overwatch 2 Lunar New Year challenges guide

To begin completing these Overwatch 2 Lunar New Year challenges, press "Play" on the main menu. Next, click "Arcade" mode. Press "Lunar Brawls" to access the different options. These options include Bounty Hunter, Capture the Flag (CTF), and CTF Blitz.

The Bounty Hunter game mode involves eliminating the target, claiming their bounty, and even becoming the target yourself. Increase your health and ultimate meter to full and earn bonus points by eliminating non-target heroes if you're the target as well. To win a game, you must be the first player to reach 4,000 points.

In CTF, battle against the enemy team of five and capture three flags to achieve victory. In this fast-paced mode, a team can also win by having the most captures once it is time's up.

As for CTF Blitz, your team must capture six flags or the most flags before the time is up. This game mode involves 10 players total who are split into two groups.

Year of the Rabbit in Overwatch 2

Of course, the festivities don't end there. When you enter Lijiang Tower, fireworks light up the sky to celebrate the Year of the Rabbit.

Additionally, you immediately receive an adorable Year of the Rabbit icon for free upon login. Other freebies, which can be obtained via Twitch drops, include the Masked Dancer legendary skin for Moira and the Lion Roars victory pose.
