How to gain Overwatch 2 Battle Pass XP
To level up the seasonal Battle Pass, you have to gain some Battle Pass XP. This can be obtained by simply playing the game. There are strategic ways to go about it, though. For example, there are daily, weekly, event, seasonal, and even lifetime challenges you can complete for some Battle Pass XP.
Here are the different ways to earn Battle Pass XP:
- Complete daily challenges
- Do weekly challenges
- Complete seasonal challenges
- Participate in event challenges
- Do lifetime challenges
- Finish regular matches
- Play during extra Battle Pass XP events
- Endorse your teammates after a match
- Group up with a friend for extra XP
Most of these Overwatch 2 challenges cannot be completed in custom games or practice matches against bots.
How do you get Battle Pass XP in Overwatch 2?
At times, there are special Battle Pass XP events in the game. For example, these can grant you double or even triple the Battle Pass XP per completed game. When you launch Overwatch 2, look at the bottom right of the screen to see if any XP events are happening.
