How to get free Overwatch League skins

Between July 13 and September, players can obtain Overwatch League Summer Stage skins. These include the Widowmaker Home and Away skins plus D.Va Home and Away skins. While the Widowmaker versions require six hours of watched content, D.Va's skins require 10 hours.

  • OWL Widowmaker Home and Away skins = 6 hours
  • OWL D.Va Home and Away skins = 10 hours

This phase of the Overwatch League Summer Stage broadcast kicks off on July 13. This promotion period for Overwatch League items also ends at the conclusion of the Summer Stage's live broadcast on or around Sept. 17, according to Blizzard's rulebook.

How to get Overwatch League YouTube drops

To get started, visit the Overwatch League's rewards page, log in, connect your Battle.net and YouTube accounts to enable YouTube drops, and watch the live Overwatch League Summer Stage matches. After watching enough hours, you can collect and equip the Widowmaker and D.Va skins.

  1. Visit the Overwatch League's rewards page
  2. Log in to your Battle.net account there
  3. Visit the "Connected apps" section on YouTube
  4. Press the "Connect" button located beside Battle.net
  5. Follow the simple prompts to connect your accounts
  6. Watch Overwatch League Summer Stage matches

"Rewards are available only on [the] computer, the YouTube mobile app, on YouTube's mobile website, and through picture-in-picture viewing," according to Blizzard. "If you watch on embedded players or using the YouTube app on TV or on media devices, you will not be eligible for rewards."
