If you haven't made your Overwatch 2 updates automatic yet, then you can manually pre-download the Season 10 mid-season patch. Do this by opening the Battle.net launcher and signing in to your Blizzard account.

Next, navigate to Overwatch 2 and click on the game's icon. If you play the game a lot, it should appear in the banner indicating your favorite games. Right under the "Play" button, there's some text that reads "Download Pre-Release Content." Click on this to begin downloading the new patch ahead of time.

How to unlock the Porsche D.Va skin in Overwatch 2



To add this legendary D.Va skin to your collection, launch Overwatch 2 and head to the in-game shop. You can purchase the Porsche D.Va Bundle for the skin itself plus some extra items. These include the Test Drive highlight intro, Night Drive name card, Porsche D.Va player icon, and Sweet Ride spray. In total, this bundle costs 2,500 Overwatch Coins.

If you only want the Porsche D.Va skin by itself, then that's an option as well. This costs 1,900 Overwatch Coins. Visit the hero gallery, select D.Va, and scroll down her different skins to unlock it individually.

The Overwatch 2 Porsche event is now live, allowing players to jump into the game and earn a lot of Season 10 Battle Pass XP. Read on for all of the Overwatch 2 Porsche event challenges and rewards.

The Overwatch 2 Porsche event features seven challenges in total. Completing all of them rewards you with a lot of Battle Pass XP. In terms of the other items of interest, they include the Porsche and Zero to Sixty name cards. There's also the Porsche Drift spray up for grabs.

Completing the Overwatch 2 Porsche event challenges mainly requires you to play the game. You can earn progress faster by winning matches as well. The Speeding Up challenge, in particular, requires you to earn either a triple kill/assist or higher. This can be naturally done during a team fight. You can even try to do this challenge with D.Va or Pharah, who have the new Overwatch 2 Porsche skins!

As for the Full Throttle one, just remember to contest or capture objectives while you're in Overwatch 2 matches. You'll eventually reach 500 seconds of

As Season 10 of Overwatch 2 continues on, we've received a mid-season patch. The changes of the May 14 patch are focused mainly on competitive gameplay as well as tanks. Surprisingly, there are no nerfs to heroes in the patch, only buffs. So suffice to say, the patch is all about improvements to existing features. So, without further ado, let's dive into the May 14 Overwatch 2 patch.

Competitive play updates 



One of the main focuses of the May 14 patch is competitive play. Specifically, one new modifier and an update to another one. The changes overall attempt to provide a better, more accurate gameplay experience for all players. You can check out the full patch notes here and below. 



The demotion protection modifier 




The modifier now shows the adjustment from the match rather than the net total.

The pressure competitive modifier 




This modifier is for those who are at the far ends of the skill distribution (either low or high compared to the average).  



Modifier shows up when you don’t earn as much progress from winning or losing. 



Higher-ranked players will lose more from matches while lower=ranked players will gain more for winning matches. 




Group restrictions 




Now, Grandmaster players can group within three divisions and still be considered a narrow group. 



Champion players can group within one division. 




Losing streaks 




If a player is on a losing streak, then the matchmaker will try to avoid placing that player on a team with other players who are losing.

The Overwatch 2 and Porsche collaboration has finally arrived. The collaboration has been in the works for a long time, and features two skins for D.Va and Pharah. Both skins are based off two Porsche vehicles, but bring a classic Overwatch 2 feel to them. The joint venture between the automotive titan and Overwatch arrives May 14.

The Overwatch 2 and Porsche collaboration brings two brand-new skins to the fray. The trailer for the two skins dropped earlier today, showing off the new collaboration. One skin, which was already leaked a long time ago, is for D.Va. Meanwhile, Pharah is set to receive the other skin of the collaboration.

Both skins are absolutely gorgeous. The skins of the Overwatch 2 x Porsche collaboration expemplify the Porche brand. In that, the skins for D.Va and Pharah are modern, sleek, minimal, and clean. D.'Va's skin for the event truly looks like she's driving a Porsche while Pharah has a high-tech mech look to her skin. Both skins accomplish the goals to look like Porsche's featured vehicles, the Macan and the Taycan.

Although the collaboration between an automotive company and esports isn't entirely unique, the opportunity and recognition of growth of the esports industry is certainly a leap forwards. Several years ago there was the Mercedes collaboration with Mario Kart. Not to mention the more recent sponsorship of 100 Theives by none other than Lexus. And now, of course, we have the Overwatch 2 and Porsche collaboration.

How to get free Overwatch Coins

Blizzard has temporarily disabled mythic skins in Overwatch 2. According to an official post, the Overwatch 2 team is investigating an issue related to the midseason patch that came out on May 14.

Why is my mythic skin gone in Overwatch 2?



Mythic skins are temporarily disabled in Overwatch 2. When you queue into a match and enter the screen for hero selection, you may notice that your mythic skin is not listed there. Instead, you may find your hero with their default Overwatch 2 skin.

"We are temporarily disabling all Mythic Skins as we investigate an issue discovered in today’s patch that is leading to crashes or disconnections from various matches when those skins are equipped," Blizzard explained. "If you currently have any Mythic Skins equipped, you may find your heroes reverted to the default Overwatch 2 skin in your next game."

Overwatch 2 removes Mythic Shop



In addition to the mythic skins being temporarily removed from the game, the Mythic Shop is gone as well. "We have also disabled the Mythic Shop until we can resolve this issue," Blizzard stated.

Although you cannot show off your mythic skins or buy them in Overwatch 2 at the moment, you can still duke it out in your legendary, epic, and rare ones. Additionally, you can still collect Mythic Prisms through the paid version of the Season 10 Battle Pass.

Overwatch 2 disables mythic skins

Fans of Overwatch 2, World of Warcraft, and other games can now check out Blizzard's Pride 2024 collection. Announced on X by Overwatch 2 mythic producer cappugccino, the collection includes t-shirts, hoodies, and more. Below is a gallery of items that are available, as provided by Blizzard. It appears to be a mix of last year's collection and some new items.

Blizzard Pride 2024 collection supports The Trevor Project



According to cappugccino, the 2024 collection supports The Trevor Project. Purchasing from the collection from May 15 to June 30 results in 100% of the proceeds going to the non-profit organization, cappugccino continued. The Trevor Project, in particular, is a suicide prevention and crisis intervention organization that helps LGBTQ+ youth.

The official Blizzard account on X also posted about the Pride collection, noting that it's being led by the Blizzard LGBT+ Employee Network.  






Overwatch 2, Pride Month, and beyond



One of the items in the Blizzard Pride collection is a t-shirt featuring Tracer from Overwatch 2. This is because Tracer is a lesbian in the franchise. Her girlfriend is Emily. Other canon LGBTQ+ heroes in Overwatch 2 include Soldier: 76, Lifeweaver, Pharah, Baptiste, and Venture.

In the game itself, players can also equip Pride player icons and name cards. These items were released in 2023 in celebration of Pride Month.

OWCS Dallas Major gets Azure Flame Hanzo skin



According to a past OWCS broadcast, the Azure Flame Hanzo skin will be part of an upcoming crowdfunding bundle for the OWCS Dallas Major prize pool. This skin will also be a legendary one in terms of rarity. 









"We will be bolstering, of course, the prize pool with a crowdfunding effort and that, of course, always includes some very, very cool things," Soe Gschwind said in the broadcast, asking fans to take a look at the skin.

Gschwind and the other casters then talked about Azure Flame Hanzo's appearance, noting that he has an anime-like hair style and his color scheme is reminiscent of Overwatch League team Dallas Fuel. 



"This is one of the things that you can expect," Gschwind continued. "Of course, we don't know how or when all of the crowdfunding will start and happen." After asking viewers to follow the OW_Esports account on X, she emphasized that the Overwatch 2 Dallas Major will be the first OWCS LAN event.

The OWCS Dallas Major 2024 will feature eight Overwatch 2 teams in total. Between May 31 and June 2, players from Toronto Defiant, M80, Students of the Game, Spacestation Gaming, ENCE, Twisted Minds, Crazy Raccoon, and Team Falcons will duke it out under a double-elimination bracket. At stake will be spots in Esports World Cup 2024.
