In 1975, she became one of the first women to work as a dubbing director in Brazil. Although she worked for various studios, she spent the majority of her career at Herbert Richers, where she was employed from 1980 until the early 2000s.
She became famous as the voice actress of Lynda Carter's Wonder Woman 1984, Meryl Streep in various movies such as Kramer vs. Kramer, Marvin's Room, Prime, and Sigourney Weaver in Alien.

Ângela started as Ana's voice actress in the original Overwatch game from 2016. In 2017, Ana's voice actress shared several pictures with a Funko Pop Figure of Ana that she received as gift. She also got a customized mug with her and Ana together.
