Can you see him?
Peacemaker is next in line to join the Mortal Kombat 1 roster via Kombat Pack 1. Based on the DC Comics character portrayed by John Cena, Peacemaker is a trash-talking vigilante who wants nothing but peace, as his name suggests. Following his appearance in James Gunn's The Suicide Squad and spin-off "Peacemaker" HBO program, the character's next stop is the Mortal Kombat universe.
When will Peacemaker come to Mortal Kombat 1?
The official Mortal Kombat Twitter account announced that Peacemaker would arrive on February 28 for those who purchased the game's Premium or Kollectors Edition, and the following week for non-early access players. Additionally, the post on X indicates the next season of Mortal Kombat 1 will launch around the same time, with Krossplay, Invasions, and more.
Peacemaker joins a growing list of Mortal Kombat 1 DLC characters, including Omni-Man and Quan Chi. Others due to arrive throughout the remainder of this year are Ermac, Homelander, and Takeda. Based on the release schedule, fans can expect one new DLC character each season until the end of Summer 2024.
