The Martial Showdown mode, a new vehicle, firearm, Bruce Lee, and more are coming in PUBG Mobile Version 2.4.

PUBG Mobile's latest update has brought Version 2.4 into the battle royale game. The update has introduced several new features to keep players hooked including a new mode, weapon, vehicle, and season.

Players on Android and iOS can upgrade to the latest version 2.4 by downloading the update through their application stores. If you update the game before Jan. 15, you will receive 3,000 BP, 100 AG, and a Pan Pan Helmet (three days) for free.

Eastern Martial arts in the Martial Showdown mode

The main highlight of Version 2.4 is the Martial Showdown-themed gameplay. This mode will be available on Erangel and Livik.

As a part of this, special Martial Arts Arenas will be added to both maps. Only half of these will be accessible at the beginning of each match while the rest will open after the end of a countdown.

These Arenas will have an Eastern Asian theme and showcase the unique architecture of the region. They will also offer great loot and will be highly contested areas. Land on them if you want to get into immediate action.

What makes the Arena in PUBG Mobile Version 2.4 even more exciting is that it will contain a new and special vehicle: the Dancing Lion. This two-person vehicle can be found in a crate in the middle of the Martial Arts Arena and can be stored in the backpack. Upon using it, you will become fast and agile and will be able to jump and dash. It can be used an unlimited amount of times.

The mode has also added a new weapon in the form of the Explosive Bow. It can fire charged bolts that will explode on impact.

Lastly, the Martial Showdown in PUBG Mobile Version 2.4 will contain a Grappling Hook. You can use it to target buildings and terrain and pull yourself towards it.

Bruce Lee collab, a new vehicle, and a new AR weapon

The Martial Showdown is exciting but there are some other things as well to keep players hooked into Version 2.4. The first of these is a collaboration with Bruce Lee.

Going with the Martial Arts theme, PUBG Mobile is tying-up with one of the biggest martial artists globally, Bruce Lee. He will be coming into the game soon and his character skin will likely be available through a Lucky Draw.

Besides this, Version 2.4 will also introduce a new weapon and vehicle to PUBG Mobile. The Honey Badger is a high-firing AR that uses 7.62mm rounds. It’s more suited for close-quarters combat and will be found on Erangel, Sanhok, and Livik.

The vehicle, on the other hand, is a two-seater bike. It can be found on Erangel, Miramar, and Livik. The passenger can use one-handed firearms while sitting on it.

Lastly, a new game version means a new season. Cycle 4 Season 10 will be live in the game from Jan. 17 to March 20 and will offer a lot of amazing rewards.

Tencent has also fixed a lot of bugs and made some quality-of-life changes to PUBG Mobile in Version 2.4. You can read about these in the official patch notes.
