Marvel SNAP has revealed The Amazing Spider-Season! This update features iconic Marvel characters, the brand-new Activate ability, plus two locations.
Marvel SNAP gets The Amazing Spider-Season
The Amazing Spider-Season in Marvel SNAP welcomes five new characters to the game. These are Silver Sable, Madame Web, Arana, Scarlet Spider, and Symbiote Spider-Man. Below are the Series 5 character details.

Marvel SNAP gets Activate ability
What's so special about The Amazing Spider-Season is the new Activate ability, available for Symbiote Spider-Man, Arana, and Scarlet Spider. Activate allows the player to decide when the card’s effect will trigger.
According to Second Dinner, the developers of Marvel SNAP, cards with this keyword must be played and resolved before their ability can be used. Then, on the following turn, a player must press and hold the card until they see the "Activated!" message.
It's possible to deactivate the ability as well. Do this by pressing and holding the card again until it’s deactivated. A player can also tap on the Energy icon and choose the "Undo All Actions" option.

As noted, the season has two new locations as well. These include Brooklyn Bridge and Otto's Lab. For Brooklyn Bridge, you can't play cards here for two consecutive turns. As for Otto’s Lab, the next card you play pulls a card from the enemy's hand to their side of the board.
