$15m Investment in HoK Esports

This announcement follows an increased focus on esports from Tencent and Level Infinite. The company announced a $15 Million esports investment in January to fund the growth of the massively popular MOBA. A solid global esports ladder will further fuel the game's popularity with the imminent global launch.

The HoK esports calendar includes multiple massive events in 2024. First up, the Honor of Kings Invitational Season 2 kicks off at the end of June. The event will be the first to feature partner invites for the announced teams. The publisher also penned a deal with the now Saudi-owned Esports World Cup for HoK's inclusion in the event for the next 3 years.

The EWC will host the $3,000,000 Mid-Season Major in Riyadh, featuring the King Pro League Dream Team as the sole Chinese representative.
