The answer to "What activity does Tetsuya like?" is C) Grilling squid. This is shown in the Esper's official profile. Tetsuya's overall theme references the ocean as well. Next, the answer to "When is Tetsuya's birthday?" is B) June. Lilith Games' official guide on birthdays indicates this.

According to Tetsuya's profile, he is 28 years old, a priest to the sea god, and character who likes motorcycles in addition to grilled squid. He's also a Fighter unit who deals single-target damage to the opponent directly opposite of him. As an Inferno unit, he's weak to Flow Espers and strong against Wind characters.

Tetsuya's abilities include Tidecutter, Umbrage, and Furious Jaws. Tidecutter strikes an enemy twice, and after ascension, each hit can remove one buff. Meanwhile, Umbrage grants Tetsuya action points (AP) when the enemy directly opposite of him takes action or when the enemy boss is attacked. It also grants him immunity to the Petrification and Freeze effects.

As for Furious Jaws, think of it as an ultimate. It deals significant damage to a single enemy and scales against bosses. Against an unbuffed enemy, it ignores some of their defense (DEF). The Furious Jaws move also synergizes well with Umbrage since it extends Umbrage's duration if the target is killed.

If you'd like to have Tetsuya on your team, then you must wait for Dislyte patch 3.4.26 to go live. The release date is likely July 8 after the daily reset. According to Lilith Games, Tetsuya is part of the Island Whispers pool as well.
