Ossana is a legendary Inferno Esper who is also a Fighter unit. She is great at inflicting Bleed on single targets thanks to Osteotomy and Final Diagnosis. Meanwhile, her Radical Treatment ability grants her Phantom Pain. This can stack whenever an enemy gets a debuff like Bleed. If Ossana's target happens to already have Bleed inflicted on them, then Radical Treatment immediately applies Bleed damage to them after the attack.

How to unlock Ossana in Dislyte
To obtain this legendary Inferno Fighter unit in the game, players must spin the Echo after Dislyte patch 3.4.11. Spinning the Echo requires Gold Records, which can be obtained through in-game events such as an Esper Pop Quiz, farmed by simply doing one's dailies and weeklies, or bought using Nexus Crystals. One Gold Record costs 200 Nexus Crystals.
Additionally, according to Dislyte, Ossana has a limited-time Echo event where she's a featured Esper.
