Alpha7 Esports’s victory in the 2024 PMWC rewarded them their first ever international trophy, over USD 460,000, and 1,000 EWC Club Points.
Alpha7 Esports secured the 2024 PUBG MOBILE Esports World Cup (PMWC) in a dominant fashion. The Brazilian team topped the leaderboard, finishing with five WWCDs and a 29-point lead over the second-place team, REJECT.
Alpha7 Esports triumphs over Titleholders
Alpha7 Esports, currently leading the PUBG MOBILE Power Ranking released by PUBG MOBILE Esports in June, entered the 2024 PMWC as the tournament's favorite together with REJECT, the champion of 2024 PUBG MOBILE Global Open (PMGO) in April.
Thailand's Vampire Esports, back-to-back champions of the 2022 and 2023 PUBG MOBILE World Invitational (PMWI, previously known as PMWC), struggled in this year's international tournaments, finishing 7th. Similarly, IHC Esports, the 2023 PUBG MOBILE Global Championship (PMGC) winners, fell to 11th place despite their collaboration with Al-Ula FC.

Along with the $467,312.50 prize money, Alpha7 Esports earned 1,000 EWC club points, boosting their club position to 5th as of July 28. Two of their players, Mafioso and Revo, were honored as Gunslinger and Grenade Master, respectively.
