India debuts in the MLBB competitive scene as S8UL looks to participate in the upcoming MSC 2025 by acquiring the NA team, formerly known as BTK. The team recently won the North America Challenger Tournament (NACT) Spring 2025.
The team roster is as follows:
- EXP Lane: Ian “FwydChickn” Hohl
- Mid Lane: Jang “Hoon” Seong-hun
- Gold Lane: Ziameth-Jei “ZIA” Caluya
- Roamer: Vo “Shark” Trung
- Jungler: Carlos “Bestplayer1” Ortega Vega
- Sub / Jungler: Michael “MobaZane” Cosgun
Who are the BloodThirstyKings in MLBB?
BTK rose to fame after their run in the M3 World Championship where they managed to defeat the then world champions Blacklist Interntional in the playoffs stage, sending the PH team down to the lower bracket. However, BTK only finished in third place in the world championship event, losing against another PH team ONIC Philippines.
Since then the team has remained a consistent presence in the North American MLBB esports scene. However, they have struggled to recapture the dominance they showcased during M3 in more recent international tournaments.
BTK recently won the NACT 2025 after a gruelling encounter with its rival team, Area 77, closing the series with a 4-2 score. With a promising team like BloodThirstyKings, S8UL is looking to make a name for itself in the MLBB esports scene through the upcoming MSC 2025 event.

Why is MobaZane not in the main BTK lineup for MSC 2025?
If you have been following the journey of BTK, you might be familiar with its team captain MobaZane. He has been the most iconic player in the NA MLBB scene. Some fans even believe that without him, the NA esports scene is a bit boring due to how good he is at stirring drama, whether it’s intentional or not.
Recently, MobaZane has been inactive in the BTK lineup. He is currently a substitute player, but according to some members, he has lost interest in playing the game.
“I think (Moba)Zane just lost interest in playing… I think he just has better things to do nowadays,” explains Hoon through one of his livestreams.
On the other hand, MLBB Caster Frederick Handy "Mirko" Loho shared how it’s not international tournaments are not the same without MobaZane.
“He brings a lot of drama and hype, and I think we’re gonna miss that in MSC. There’s not gonna be any ‘Malaysia EZ Server’ drama,” shared Mirko on one of his streams.
The drama Mirko referred to involved MobaZane and the BTK squad representing North America at the M6 World Championship. MobaZane posted an Instagram story featuring the Malaysian flag accompanied by the word “Noob.” This sparked backlash from Malaysian fans, who accused him of disrespecting their national flag. In response to the outrage, MobaZane later issued a public apology.
MobaZane’s YouTube channel was active with his last video uploaded back on April 3, 2025. However, he has been playing a lot of Honor of Kings instead of MLBB lately. This led to speculations that he might be shifting to another esports title or just wants to stay as a content creator. For now, MobaZane has been quiet about his absence from the MLBB esports scene.
