Learn more about the new MLBB Exquisite Collection event, including what’s new and what changed in the new update.
The Grand Collection in Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (MLBB) has been revamped into the Exquisite Collection with slightly new mechanics. The premise remains the same for this event. However, this time, it incentivises players to collect the featured skin with a debut discount. Once the event is over, these Collector skins can return in the future. However, they can be a bit expensive to acquire.
Let’s take a look at the new Exquisite Collection event and what changed in this update.
MLBB Exquisite Collection explained

The Exquisite Collection, formerly known as the Grand Collection, is a frequently recurring draw event where players can acquire luxurious Collector skins in MLBB. These skins can cost you around 3k - 5k Diamonds or Crystals of Aurora (COA), depending on whether you are patient or not.
Just like the MLBB Magic Wheel, the revamped Exquisite Collection event also brought with it some changes that you need to be aware of.
Lightborn Keys
The Lightborn Keys is a new token that you can use in the Exquisite Collection event. It replaces the old golden tickets that you acquire for completing Premium Supply or milestone events. The mechanics remain the same, where you complete tasks to claim Lightborn Keys as rewards.
Regal Coins
Every time you draw from the event, you get a chance to obtain a Regal Coin if you pull an item or skin that you already own. You can then use these coins in the Event Shop to exchange for various items and accessories, including Legend skins. It’s your safety net if you are unlucky. You need 800 coins to get one previously released Legend skin, 720 coins for the featured one.
Crystal of Aurora as the main currency

It appears that the Exquisite Collection event is making COA its primary form of currency. While you can still use Diamonds, there are limited-time bundles that you can purchase to get more COA. This includes purchasing a Starlight membership and buying daily and monthly supply bundles using Diamonds.
If you take advantage of these bundles and offers, you can get up to x16 Lightborn Keys, x2,150 COA, and x50 Regal Coin. That’s 300 COA from the Starlight and around x1,850 for purchasing both supply bundles.
Cheaper featured Collector skin
Every Exquisite Collection event has a featured skin along with returning Legend skins in the reward pool. They can also be exchanged for 800 Regal Coins each in the Event Shop. As for the featured Legend skin, it is 80 coins cheaper. This means you can unlock this skin for only 720 Regal Coins.
You can also find some retuning Luckybox skins in the exchange shop. They also have a 20% discount, letting you unlock them for only 640 Regal Coins.
Collection Album

The Collection Album is a new feature where all the Collector skins you unlocked are displayed. It looks like every year, a total of eight Collector skins are released. Xavier “Sunborn Monarch” is the first skin of 2026.
What didn’t change in the Exquisite Collection

Duplicate skin conversion
Duplicate skins, avatar borders, and battle emotes you get from this event will also be converted into the revamped crests called Regal Coins. Here is the conversion value:
- Collector/Luckybox skins: 240 Regal Coins
- Special Skin: 45 Regal Coins
- Elite Skin: 36 Regal Coins
- Basic Skin: 16 Regal Coins
- Avatar Border: 16 Regal Coins
- Battle Emote: 5 Regal Coins
Draw Discounts
What did not change in the revamped Exquisite Collection event is the daily and one-time discounts. You still enjoy a 50% off on the price of your first 1x Draw of the day. There is also a one-time 30% discount on your first 10x Draw.
First 10-draw bonus
Another thing that remains is the guarantee of a permanent item or skin on your first 10 draws. However, it does not include a Legend skin. Here is a rundown of the first 10 pull rewards:
- Special Skin
- Elite Skin
- Basic Skin
- Avatar Border
- Battle Emote
