New Team-Up Abilities in Marvel Rivals Season 5

Marvel Rivals Season 5 is adding a few team-up abilities, including one that will look familiar to Season 0 players. Of course, as new ones get implemented, we must also say goodbye to a few Team-Ups this season. Here are all of the new and removed Team-Up Abilities in Marvel Rivals Season 5.

Explosive Entanglement - Gambit + Magneto

Our newest Strategist, Gambit, is the Team-Up Anchor for this one. He is getting a 5% increase to his healing effects.

Magneto gets Royal Blade, which allows him to spawn his sword and shoot it at enemies to deal damage.

Blade of Khonshu - Moon Knight + Blade

Moon Knight is the Anchor, and he gets a 5% damage boost in exchange for sharing Khonshu's attention.

Blade gets Eclipse Edge. This ability boosts Blade's attacks and causes a projectile to bounce between nearby enemies.

Sword of Duality - Cloak & Dagger + Hawkeye

Cloak & Dagger retains their Team-Up Anchor boost.

Hawkeye gets Moonlit Slash, where he shoots a wave with infinite range that heals allies and applies anti-heal to, and knocks back, enemies.

Primal Flame - Phoenix + Wolverine / Black Widow

Black Widow is joining this Team-Up. She will get Phoenix Sniper, causing her shots to explode in an area, dealing damage to enemies and healing allies hit. This brings her awfully close to another healing sniper from a certain hero shooter.

Mental Projection - Emma Frost + Magneto / Psylocke

Magneto is being removed from this Team-Up.

Chilling Assault - Luna Snow + Hawkeye / Iron Fist

Hawkeye is being removed from this Team-Up. He will no longer have access to the infamous Ice Arrow ability.

Lunar Force - Cloak & Dagger + Moon Knight / Blade

This Team-Up is gone.

Operation: Microchip - The Punisher + Black Widow

This Team-Up is gone. The Punisher loses his Team-Up Anchor bonus, but he's getting some buffs to compensate.
