Here’s everything we know about the upcoming Marvel Rivals hero, Rogue, including her skills, release date, and skills.
Marvel Rivals Season 5.5 is almost here, and the devs revealed many upcoming details about the update. For one, another new hero is joining the Marvel Rivals roster: Rogue. She will be the newest Vanguard in the game. Here's everything we know about Rogue in Marvel Rivals, including her skills, release date, and more.

Rogue skills in Marvel Rivals
As always, Guangguang gave us a sneak peek at Rogue's in-game abilities and skills. She follows her partner, Gambit, in joining the game as a playable hero.
We don't have Rogue's exact tooltips yet. However, based on the Dev Vision and character reveal videos posted, here are her abilities.
Rogue's F skill features her signature ability, Power Absorption. She dashes forward, knocks down an enemy, and channels to steal an ability from the enemy, plus she gets a buff depending on the role of the knocked enemy. Examples shown include Doctor Strange's Shield of the Seraphim and Loki's Regeneration Domain.

Her right click places her into a blocking stance. Her block relies on a bar, and she can press left click to trigger Guard Reversal, causing her to dash forwards and hit enemies.

Her E is a kick that launches her and an enemy into the air. Upon hit, she can recast the ability to dive kick the enemy back down.

Her LSHIFT causes her to dash forward. Afterwards, enemies in a small area around her will take damage over time and will be pulled inward after a duration.

Her Ultimate drains Ultimate Ability Energy from nearby enemies and gains buffs based on the number and role of the enemies within the range. This also makes all enemies' ult charge visible to you.

This page will be updated once more details about her kit arise.
When is Rogue's release date in Marvel Rivals?
Rogue releases with Marvel Rivals Season 5.5, scheduled for Dec. 12, 2025 UTC. Like the rest of the roster, she will be added as a playable hero to the game after a short downtime for maintenance. Keep an eye out for official announcements for the exact timings.
While you wait for Rogue to be playable, you can get your Rivals Rewind and participate in the many events to celebrate the game's first anniversary. You can even get the Jeff the Business Shark legendary costume for free!
Rogue skins and costumes
While no official information was released, unofficial sources suggest that Rogue's debut skin will be inspired by "The Savage Land" comic series that launched earlier this year.
Keep in mind that this info came from leaks and should be taken with a grain of salt.
