These balance changes (mostly buffs) are now live. This patch also changes the way getting a rank works with the implementation of Placement Matches, which you can read about here.
Gambit

Vanguard changes

These changes are aimed at giving Vanguards more utility to make them more versatile.
Angela
- Assassin's Charge dash speed from 16m/s to 18m/s.
- Ultimate - Heven's Retribution spear Health from 600 to 800.
Captain America
- Ultimate- Freedom Charge now grants 30% Ultimate Energy charge efficiency to allies in its path.
Groot
- Ironwood Wall now grants Unstoppable to Groot when he is within 15m.
Hulk
- Direct hits with Gamma Burst now reduce the cooldown of Indestructible Guard by 1 second.
Magneto
- Metal Bulwark and Iron Bulwark now have separate cooldowns.
- Shields for both lowered from 250 to 200.
Peni Parker
- Peni's Cyber-Webs now grant the same Healing over Time and Movement Boost effects to allies within it.
- Ally Movement Boost: 25%
- Healing: 15/s
- Excess healing converted to Bonus Health: 25
The Thing
- Embattled Leap now grants 20% Damage Reduction to all allies within 5m.
Duelist changes

Some Duelists who have been struggling are getting a little pick-me-up. In some cases, like Storm and Hawkeye, the buffs may cause them to shoot up in priority once again.
Hawkeye
- Archer's Focus maximum Bonus Damage increased from 75 to 90.
Mister Fantastic
- Reflexive Rubber is now usable while Inflated.
- Remove 350 Bonus Health upon being Inflated. Instead, gain 350 Maximum Health and a one-time heal of 350, removed upon exiting Inflated.
Phoenix
- Cosmic Flames maximum falloff at 30m adjusted from 60% to 75%
Spider-Man
- Web-Cluster cooldown reduced from 2.5s to 2s.
- Amazing Combo damage increased from 60 to 70.
Squirrel Girl
- Burst Acorn damage increased from 100 to 110.
Storm
- Weather Control - Thunder damage boost to allies increased from 10% to 12%.
- Goddess Boost - Thunder damage boost to allies from 12% to 15%.
The Punisher
He lost his Team-Up Anchor bonus.
- Base health increased from 275 to 300.
- Adjudication maximum falloff at 40m adjusted from 70% to 85%
- Pellets fired per Deliverance round increased from 14 to 16.
Wolverine
- Savage Claw and Vicious Rampage's percentage damage per Rage stack increased from 0.045% to 0.057%.
- Feral Leap cooldown reduced from 15s to 12s.
Strategist changes

Strategists are getting a lot of QoL updates to make their gameplay feel smoother, too.
Adam Warlock
- Soul flight speed doubled from 6m/s to 12m/s.
- Ultimate - Karmic Revival Energy cost lowered from 4700 to 4500. Effective range increased from 30m to 35m.
Cloak & Dagger
- Base health increased from 250 to 275.
Invisible Woman
- Orb Projection buffs:
- Hit damage increased from 25 to 30
- Projectile range increased from 35m to 35m
- Projectile speed increased from 120m/s to 150m/s.
- Force Physics length increased from 30m to 35m.
- Pressing the recall key when no Guardian Shield is present now deploys it in front of Invisible Woman.
Loki
- Base health increased from 250 to 275.
- Mystical Missile damage falloff at 3m adjusted from 50% to 80%. Now heals an extra 10 health to allies directly hit.
Rocket Raccoon
- B.R.B. cooldown reduced from 45s to 40s.
- Repair Mode maximum count increased from 5 to 7. Projectile speed increased from 60m/s to 80m/s.
- Bombard Mode projectile speed increased from 150m/s to 180m/s.
