Ranked rewards are going to be made more openly available between each half of a season for Marvel Rivals players.
Marvel Rivals' rank rewards are pretty straightforward. If you reach a certain rank as your peak in a season, you get the corresponding reward when the season ends. And now, players will get two sets are as each season is split by the first half and second half.
How it works at a broader level has been changed, however. In a new Dev Talk blog, the developers discuss adjustments to how ranked rewards work in Marvel Rivals in order to give more players chances at earning them.

After previously adjusting how rank resets work, they are taking things a step further. After players expressed concern about not reaching Gold in time, which honestly doesn't feel like that big of a feat, Marvel Rivals addressed how ranked rewards are given out.
For Season 1, the Blood Shield skin for Invisible Woman is the Gold rank reward for the first half. When Season 1's first half ends, anyone Gold or above will get the Blood Shield skin and any Crests of Honor for their respective rank if applicable.
The change comes with how the Blood Shield skin does not go away when the second half starts. Instead, players can reach gold rank and complete 10 total competitive matches to earn Blood Shield and the new Blood Blaze skin for Human Torch.
When Season 2 starts, those Marvel Rivals ranked rewards will no longer be eligible to claim. And for the Crests of Honor, they will change each half-season. There is no adjustment with how those work in terms of your peak rank.
