Team Vitality and ALDI have announced a collaboration to fight toxicity against women and promote diversity in esports. The announcement arrived with a powerful YouTube video called "Des Failles dans La Faille" that highlighted the experiences of League of Legends players and more.

In the Des Failles dans La Faille video, women from the Vitality Rising Bees League of Legends team and beyond react to hateful messages and share their experiences within the esports industry. The players in the video include ADC Velouria “Viki” Bat, top-laner Madison “Crowmac” Coutelet, and mid-laner Alena “Tifa” Maurer.
Television host and presenter Marie Palot, League of Legends shoutcaster Nox, and Team Vitality director of esports Anne Banschbach are also in the video.

According to the 2023 Baromètre France Esports' survey, 50% of worldwide gamers are women. However, only 7% of them compete in esports. Additionally, a 2022 Ipsos study found that 84% of individuals who experience online harassment are women, with 51% of them under 30 years old.
