LoL patch 14.21 release time

This patch is scheduled to arrive on Oct. 23. However, if there's a delay within 48 hours of the scheduled date and time, Riot Games will post an alert.

Here is the preview of the LoL patch 14.21 notes. While champions such as Azir and Teemo are getting buffed, nerfs are going to Yone, Volibear, and more. Notably, Blade of the Ruined King (BORK) is also getting nerfed, according to the teaser.
