Other notable things that are in this update include a nerf to tank Jayce, so you should see less of those both in your solo queue games and in professional play.
Swiftplay is also getting a hard cap on game duration with the Sudden Death mechanic.

Streamer Mode
Streamer Mode is being added in the LoL 25.S1.3 update! Riot Games says that this is "to help reduce incidents of things like Stream Sniping, or other forms of streamer harassment or disruption."
This settings replaces all account names with the champion name, from the loading screen to the end of the game.
System Changes
The Attack Speed Cap is increasing from 2.5 to 3.0. "We think there’s a hard cap in how fast champions should be able to attack in most cases so that even in late game scenarios they’re playable for mere mortals, but we think 3 attacks per second is reasonable," says Riot Games.
Bounty Changes
- Lead required to begin positive bounty suppression has been decreased by 60%.
- Lead required to fully remove bounties from the losing team decreased by 33%.
- Once Objective Bounties spawn, Champion Bounties are now fully suppressed for the losing team.
