Arcane Season 2: Ma Meilleure Ennemie music video

The Ma Meilleure Ennemie music video features Stromae and Pomme's hit single for Arcane Season 2. When the song was first released, it became Riot Games' biggest streaming debut in history, going over 10 million streams a day. Meanwhile, the full Arcane Season 2 soundtrack also reached more than 1.3 billion global streams to date.

Now in the form of a music video, Ma Meilleure Ennemie showcases the relationship between Jinx and Ekko. It also references episode 7 of the Arcane Season 2 through the interactions between Powder — later known as Jinx — and Ekko. You can watch the music video in its entirety below.

Alex Seaver and Luc Van Haver co-produced the music video. Meanwhile, Annie Award winner Tom Gouill directed the video at Fortiche Production. Additionally, creative directors Pascal Charrue, Arnaud Delord, and Bart Maunoury worked alongside executive producer Christine Ponzevera to make the Ma Meilleure Ennemie masterpiece happen.

Stromae and Pomme on Ma Meilleure Ennemie for Arcane Season 2

“My first reaction when I saw the scene was, frankly, I found it quite poetic,” Stromae said. “I understood the vision that the directors and all the animators had of the series. They clearly knew what they wanted… I thought the music and everything worked well together, especially since it’s a pretty crucial moment.”

Pomme also shared some thoughts about the hit single and music video, noting how the song continues to exist in people's lives. "I actually understood the people’s reaction and enthusiasm because there was a kind of beauty, romanticism, and sweetness that is actually quite rare in the series," Pomme continued. “There was something special about that episode.”
