What to expect in the Honkai Star Rail version 3.3 livestream

First of all, we can see the two new playable characters Hyacine and Cipher, in the art. This means we can expect their voice actresses, Holly Earl and Shea Fairaday, join Melody Muze as Castorice and Bill Butts' ever-present Owlbert.

This update is adding two new playable characters: Hyacine and Cipher. We have already encountered both of these characters as they both play quite important roles in Amphoreus' story.

Hyacine

As a playable character, Hyacine is a 5-star Wind character on the Path of Remembrance. She uses her memosprite, Little Ica, to restore her and her allies' HP. Hyacine is mostly geared towards being a healer, and a lot of her kit scales off of her max HP.

Cipher

Meanwhile, Cipher is a 5-star Quantum character on the Path of Nihility. She can inflict Weaken on enemies, decreasing their DMG dealt. Also, she has True DMG and follow-up attacks built into her kit. Nihility has been quite neglected recently in favor of Super Break and Castorice teams, but Cipher might be the savior that Nihility needs.

Amphoreus continues in HSR 3.3!

Looking closer at the announcement graphic, we can see subtle elements of Nihility woven into the design. Will Acheron play a bigger part in the continuation of Amphoreus' saga? How will this lead up to Phainon's arc? These are some questions that might be answered on the HSR 3.3 livestream.
