Honkai Star Rail update adds three new characters – Silver Wolf, Loucha and Yukon

Honkai Star Rail has received its first Major update on all platforms. Three new playable characters, new companion missions, an updated Space Station, and more. The three new playable characters are undoubtedly the center of attention for most Honkai players. So here’s a quick glimpse of what to expect from Silver Wolf, Loucha, and Yukong. 

Silver Wolf is a five star Quantum character in the game. She’s a debuffer, which means she allows her allies to break through the enemy’s toughness. She follows the path of Nihility with her signature light cone being Incessant Rain.

When Silver Wolf uses her abilities, there is a chance of adding a Type weakness to the enemy.  Her ultimate can reduce the Def of an enemy. The Weakness type will be the same as the attack type of at least one Ally in the team.

If the enemy naturally has a particular type of weakness, if Siler Wolf is in the team, we will implant other types of weaknesses. Silver Wolf is great against enemies with Quantum Weaknesses.

There's a 85%–107.5% base chance to decrease the target enemy's DEF by 36%–49.5% for 3 turn(s). And at the same time, deals Quantum DMG equal to 228%–456% of Silver Wolf's ATK to the target enemy.

Loucha’s description and art will definitely draw you your attention. The five-star character follows the Path of Abundance. His ability can restore massive amounts of HP to a single ally. When an ally falls below 50%, an effect equal to Loucha’s skill will be triggered. 

Loucha’s Ultimate collects stacks of the Abyss Flower. When the stack reaches a count of two, you can consume all stacks to deploy a field. All allies in the active field will get a portion fo HP back when they attack the enemy. 

Obtainable through the Laic Pursuit Character Event Warp

Described as seasoned yet authoritative, Yukong is a 4-star character that makes its debut with Honkai Star Rail 1.1. While there were many rumors, we finally have a chance to view Yukong and her abilities.

Yukong follows the Path of Harmony and her skills increase the ATK of her allies. Her ultimate buffs her other abilities and provides boosts to CRIT rate and DMG rate. She also has additional single-target damage when using her ultimate. 

Yukong is available through the "Laic Pursuit" Character Event Warp. After the event ends, Yukong will be available via the Stellar Warp in Version 1.2, but will not be available in Departure Warp.
