New areas in Honkai Star Rail 1.2 update

The Alchemy commission

The Alchemy Commission is where Xianzhou makes their medicines, not much else was revealed about the area.

Scalegorge Waterscape

The second new area Scalegorge Waterscape based on the trailer seems to be the location for the finale of the the Xianzhou Loufu storyline. It also seems a lot larger in scale, making it seem like the Alchemy Comission might be a pit stop to set the stage for an epic showdown with Fantilia.

Fantilia the Undying

In the Even Immortality Ends special program, Fantilia the Undying was revealed as an antagonist for version 1.2. Fantilia is a brand new character and the combat footage looks like it could match the epic scale of the Jarilo-VI boss. However, twists are never too far away.
