The Honkai Star Rail version 3.7 update is bringing Cyrene and a lot of optimizations that make farming easier!
The Honkai Star Rail version 3.7 update is adding the long-awaited character Cyrene as a playable unit! Moreover, farming materials just got a lot easier with QoL updates that ship with this update. Let's dive into the biggest changes of HSR 3.7.
Honkai Star Rail version 3.7 update
The Honkai Star Rail version 3.7 update "As Tomorrow Became Yesterday" is now live on all servers.
New character: Cyrene
Cyrene is finally here as the (most likely) final Chrysos Heir to be playable. She is a 5-star Ice Remembrance unit that can provide buffs to party members.

She has unique buffs for each Chrysos Heir, making her kit quite lengthy. You can read the full details of Cyrene's skills here.
She works amazingly with many Chrysos Heirs due to her supportive nature, but she also has some agency outside of that. With the proper build and investment, she has the potential to be a DPS, too.
You can check out the update details, including the banners, events, and more, on the official HoYoLAB post.
Easier farming and character building
Now, for the part of the update that concerns the entire Honkai Star Rail playerbase: QoL updates to material farming and character building.
Stagnant Shadow, Cavern of Corrosion, Ornament Extraction, and Echoes of War nodes can now be farmed multiple times in one session. The caps for these are 8, 6, 6, and 3 consecutive runs, respectively.
For the Calyx nodes, the cap for consecutive runs is now 24 (up from 6).

The Fuel Voucher consumable from the new Currency Wars: Zero-Sum Game game mode allows players to skip combat.

You can now max out your character Traces in one click with the new Quick Level toggle! As long as you have enough materials, this button will upgrade it to the highest possible level.

When upgrading Light Cones, 3-star rarity ones will now be stacked. Viewing Light Cones has also been optimized to display the recommended ones clearly.
