Hearthstone patch 29.0.3 nerfs Zilliax Deluxe 3000 and more

Here’s the breakdown of Hearthstone’s latest patch notes.

Hearthstone patch 29.0.3 has arrived with an update to Zilliax Deluxe 3000 and nerfs to Paladin, Hunter, and Warrior decks. Read on for the latest Hearthstone patch notes and details.

Hearthstone patch 29.0.3

The latest Hearthstone patch nerfed Tigress Plushy, Deputization Aura, and Shroomscavate. According to Blizzard, the Paladin class had become a significant outlier in the game's meta because of its damage output from hand and healing.

Meanwhile, the Hunter class also got nerfed due to overperformance. The Awakening Tremors spell, in particular, had become a staple in almost every Hunter deck as it helped with early snowballs. The latest iteration of Awakening Tremors aims to help other decks in the early game.

Hearthstone patch notes: Warrior and Shaman nerfs

As for Warrior, Blizzard noted how the Aftershocks spell combined with the Acolyte of Pain minion had allowed players to quickly draw into late-game cards. Therefore, the nerf to late-game legendary Odyn, Prime Designate aims to slow down matches and make them less consistent.

Blizzard nerfed Thrall’s Gift as well. This Shaman spell had given players access to lots of damage in the early game. The nerf hopes to remove some burst damage.

Zilliax Deluxe 3000 gets Ticking Module nerf

As for the Zilliax Deluxe 3000 minion, its Ticking Module had been too efficient. Therefore, it now requires 5 mana to play instead of 4 mana. "We hope this change will bring this Zilliax more into line with overall power level and also encourage more continued Zilliax variety," Blizzard explained.
