Hearthstone Masters Fall Championship: How to get free card packs!

The Hearthstone Masters Fall Championship will be kicking off this weekend! Here’s what to expect and how to get free card packs!

Only the best of the best will duke it out against each other at the Hearthstone Masters Fall Championship for the lion’s share of the $50,000 prize pool.

Where to Watch and What to Expect 

The Masters Fall Championship will take place between October 28th and 30th, starting at 12 a.m. PDT each day.

Players will battle under the conquest with a ban format. This means they will bring four decks and four unique classes into the fray. Each player will get to ban one deck from their opponent. Four groups of four players will battle it out in a dual-tournament format before the top eight players advance to the single-elimination bracket.

Days one and two of the Hearthstone Masters Fall Championship will feature 10 matches each. On day three, seven matches will be played with the victors heading into a single-elimination playoff round. Day three will include a single-elimination playoff round followed by matches showcasing the top four competitors.

How to Get Free Hearthstone Card Packs

The Hearthstone Masters Fall Championship will also feature YouTube Drops. Fans of Murder at Castle Nathria will be pleased to know that they can earn card packs for the expansion throughout the weekend. 

By watching two hours of content on a qualifying YouTube channel, one would receive their first Murder at Castle Nathria card pack. To earn another one, simply watch two more hours of content. Since the time watched will be cumulative throughout October 28th and 30th, fans won't have to watch everything in one sitting. 

Being eligible for these drops will require connecting one’s Battle.net and YouTube accounts. To do this, simply visit the “Connected Apps” section on YouTube and press the “Connect” button located next to Battle.net. 

After following the simple prompts, one’s accounts will be connected and they can earn free Hearthstone card packs.

As for the Hearthstone Masters Fall Championship players themselves, they will be put into four groups. Below is an overview of who will fight in which group:

Road to World Championship

The top four Hearthstone Masters Fall Championship players will head to the 2022 Hearthstone World Championship and battle for their share of the $500,000 prize pool!

This upcoming event will be happening from December 16th to 18th. Levik, xBlyzes, Pascoa, Jarla, DeadDraw, Mighty, Habugabu and Posesi will compete in it. Players iGXc and Yuyi will also take part in the esports action, according to Sottle. XiaoT recently qualified as well. One more player coming from China's qualifying system will join the esports action.
