The upcoming Hearthstone expansion is TITANS! This expansion boasts class legendary Titans, the Forge keyword, the return of Magnetic, 145 new cards, and more. Read on for details and the Hearthstone TITANS release date.

Hearthstone TITANS expansion

The new Hearthstone expansion includes 11 new legendary Titans. Each of these class legendaries comes with a passive plus three extra abilities. Each turn, a player can use one of these abilities. The Titan can only attack once all three abilities are used up.

Examples of Titans include Norgannon for Mage and Eonar, the Life-Binder for Druid. There are keepers that go with Titans as well. A couple of them include Hodir, Father of Giants for Hunter and Tyr for Paladin.

Forge keyword in Hearthstone

For two mana, a card with the new Forge keyword can be dragged over one's deck for an upgrade. Examples of these cards include Embrace of Nature and Cyclopian Crusher.

Magnetic and Mechs galore

Meanwhile, the return of the Magnetic keyword arrives with some new Mechs for the TITANS expansion. Mechs with the Magnetic keyword can also magnetize to other minions without requiring a space on the board.

Prison of Yogg-Saron Location and Hearthstone TITANS release date

To celebrate the announcement of TITANS, players who log in can get Prison of Yogg-Saron as a free legendary Location card. Simply boot up Hearthstone to add it to your collection.

"Limited one per account. After Patch 27.6, Prison of Yogg-Saron will be granted upon opening your first TITANS pack, instead of upon logging in," Blizzard stated.

Additionally, there are 15 different Signature cards to collect in TITANS. An example of this is Hodir, Father of Giants. Below is a screenshot of it.

The Hearthstone TITANS expansion launches worldwide on August 1. Pre-purchase bundles are now available through the Battle.net shop.
